Returns Policy

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day it’s delivered. To do so, email contact@emrowan.com with your order number, then send the print back within 14 days of telling us.

• Prints must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• You’re responsible for the cost of return postage, so we recommend a tracked service.
• We’ll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the print back, to your original payment method.

Commissioned pieces are made to your specification, so they can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including postage, at no cost to you.

• Email contact@emrowan.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and photos of the damage and the packaging.
• Keep the print and its packaging until we’ve replied, in case the courier needs to inspect it.

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
